Terms of Use
These terms govern your rights and responsibilities when using Hyaloria accounts, team collaboration, storyboard workflows and public-beta features. Registration confirms acceptance of the current version.
1. Service description
Hyaloria is a creative workspace for AI-assisted direction, storyboards, characters, assets and video workflows. The service is in public beta. External image and video generation, real payment collection, transactional email and durable object storage are not yet generally available; features marked as pending are not availability commitments.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and protect passwords, sessions and platform access keys. Do not transfer accounts, share administrator privileges or bypass access controls. Revoke sessions, disable keys and notify the operator promptly after suspicious access or key exposure.
3. User content and licence
You retain rights in stories, images, videos, storyboards and other content you lawfully own. To provide storage, display, collaboration, import, export and backup features, you grant the operator a limited licence to store, copy, convert and transmit that content as necessary during the service period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing or fraudulent content, malicious code, unauthorized personal information, impersonation or harassment, or material intended to bypass safeguards. Destructive load testing, bulk registration, credential scraping and unauthorized probing are prohibited. Team owners are responsible for appropriate member permissions and content use.
5. AI output notice
AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to existing work. Review it before publishing, commercial use or important decisions, and independently confirm facts, copyright, likeness, trademark, privacy and industry requirements.
6. Changes and interruptions
Public-beta features may change, pause or be removed. We aim to maintain the service and backups but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent data retention. Export and keep independent copies of important projects.
7. Pricing and intent records
The pricing page shows planned launch prices only. The public beta does not currently collect subscription or point-recharge payments. Submitting an interest record does not create a paid order, automatic renewal or payment authorization. Paid access will require a new confirmation of the final price, service scope, refund rules and applicable terms.
8. Account enforcement
For accounts that threaten security, infringe others’ rights or materially breach these terms, we may restrict features, revoke keys, suspend or terminate service and cooperate with lawful investigations. High-risk enforcement actions should be recorded in the administrator audit log.
9. Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the public-beta service is provided as-is. Responsibility for loss arising from user content, third-party assets, misuse, compromised credentials or force majeure is allocated under applicable law. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
10. Updates and disputes
Material changes will be announced prominently. Where renewed consent is legally required, it will be obtained before continued use. Disputes should first be addressed through the contact entry on the About page. The registered operator, governing law and dispute venue will be published before paid commercial service begins.
